The program is designed to implement the Sieve of Eratosthenes
algorithm and visually display the resulting prime numbers using
an HTML canvas.

New York Independent System Operator (NYISO) regions, with a focus
on helping determine the complementarity of renewable energy
sources in the respective regions.
